Janitrak runs the operation. Your invoices can stay in QuickBooks or the system your accountant uses.

  1. Work is done. Completed extra work, the month's contract charges and billable supplies collect in Ready to bill.
  2. You invoice as usual. Download the list to Excel and enter the invoices in your accounting software.
  3. Record the invoice number. Mark each customer billed with that number, so the same work is never billed twice.

There is no automatic QuickBooks connection, so payments are tracked in your accounting software. Prefer to invoice from Janitrak? Add Invoicing and payments: online payment, credit notes and statements.

Upload a supplier's price list as Excel, CSV or PDF, or let suppliers upload their own from their portal. Janitrak reads the columns, shows you what changed, and works out the real price per roll, litre or bag so you can compare suppliers.

  • Import in minutes. Excel, CSV or PDF. Columns are recognised, and a template is there if you want one.
  • Review before anything changes. A preview shows new items and every price up or down. Supplier uploads wait for your approval.
  • Apples to apples. Packs and units are read from the list, so a case of 12 and a case of 6 compare by price per unit.
  • Reorders use your preferred supplier. Without one, draft purchase orders use the lowest price per unit. Product photos and price history come along.
